16 Years Together for a More Humane and Inclusive Society

For 16 years now, the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, with the support of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje, has been implementing the project “Improving the Socialization of Children and Youth with Disabilities.”

As part of the project, from March to June 2026, a variety of creative, educational, sports and social activities were organized in Skopje, Prilep, Kavadarci, Veles, Delchevo, Kichevo, Gostivar and Debar. Children and young people, together with Red Cross volunteers, took part in workshops, social gatherings, excursions, sports and recreational activities, as well as activities focused on developing their skills and independence.

Through this long-standing partnership, opportunities are created for socialization, social interaction, skills development and greater inclusion in the community, contributing to building a more humane and inclusive society.
