Red Cross of RNM signs Memorandum of Cooperation with the University Student Assembly at the AUE – FON University

Today, April 23, 2026, at the Head office of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the University Student Assembly at the AUE – FON University and the Youth Council of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia.

This memorandum represents an important step toward strengthening cooperation, especially in terms of actively involving students in humanitarian, educational, and socially responsible initiatives. A special emphasis in the agreement is placed on the establishment and development of student clubs, which will function as a platform for direct student participation in Red Cross activities.

The formation of student clubs is expected to encourage greater youth mobilization in areas such as first aid, blood donation, mental health, as well as social and humanitarian activities. At the same time, they will serve as a key driver for spreading humanitarian values and raising awareness on important social issues.

With the signing of the memorandum, both parties confirmed their commitment to continuous cooperation, knowledge exchange, and creating opportunities for students to actively contribute to the community. This step represents a strong foundation for building a more engaged, responsible, and supportive young generation.
