Regional Training on Risk Management

From June 25 to 26, 2025, a regional training and workshop on risk management was held in Tirana, Albania. The event was organized by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, with support and facilitation from the Turkish Red Crescent. Representatives from the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia also participated in the event.

The aim of the training was to strengthen the capacities of staff and volunteers from seven national Red Cross societies in the region, including the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, which was represented by two of its members.

During the training, participants worked on various aspects related to risk management, including: developing strategies, the risk management cycle, identifying and responding to risks, creating action plans, and advocacy activities within the national societies.
