Blood donation achievements 2025

During 2025, the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, within the Blood Donation Program and in cooperation with the Institute of Transfusion Medicine, successfully organized and implemented 811 blood donation campaigns, resulting in the collection of 61,778 units of blood.

Each unit of donated blood represents an act of solidarity and a clear expression of humanitarian values, reaffirming that humanity transcends all boundaries.
Donated blood provides hope for a new beginning, ensures the continuation of life, and offers many individuals the opportunity to once again be reunited with their loved ones.

The Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia expresses its sincere appreciation to all blood donors whose selfless contributions significantly support the development of a more humane and caring society.
