Blood donation is a choice of the heart, not a duty

Today, on September 17, 2025, a blood donation drive was organized at the Municipality of Saraj by the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia – Karposh Branch, in cooperation with the Municipality of Saraj and the Institute for Transfusion Medicine.

The participants in the blood donation drive were employees of the municipal administration, educational institutions, local businesses, as well as citizens of the municipality.

It is especially important that the Secretary General of the Red Cross of RNM, PhD. Sait Saiti, along with the Mayor of the Municipality of Saraj, Mr. Iljas Veseli set an example of humanity by personally donating blood and supporting this humanitarian mission.
