8th PARTNERSHIP MEETING OF THE MACEDONIAN RED CROSS

Today, on December 13, 2017, the Macedonian Red Cross organized the 8th Partnership Meeting in its premises. The meeting was attended by the Secretary General of the Macedonian Red Cross, Mr. Sait Saiti, Minister of Local Self-Government, Mr. Suhail Fazliu and representatives of the corporate sector.

The partnership meeting was organized in order to promote the humanitarian values ​​of the Macedonian Red Cross in order to encourage strategic partnerships to overcome the problems that the population in the communities faces. The partnership meeting was held under the auspices of Pivara Skopje, a company that cooperates and supports the humanitarian activities of the Red Cross of the Republic of Macedonia.

The audience was addressed by the Secretary General of the Macedonian Red Cross, Mr. Sait Saiti, who pointed out that the importance of corporate support in the National Society is more significant and tends to increase because the corporate sector invests in social responsibility programs and requires strong organizations and branding partners. The Macedonian Red Cross has the potential to grow in this area, because the partnership opportunities that meet these parameters can be created for almost all topics and target groups.

Mr. Suhail Fazliu, Minister of Local Self-Government, who welcomed this initiative, addressed the partner meeting and called on the business sector to continue successfully to engage in the Macedonian Red Cross projects in order to improve community life.

Within the event, the Macedonian Red Cross awarded prizes, “Silver Supporter” to Sparkasse Bank Macedonia AD Skopje in appreciation for the support in the realization of the humanitarian goals and tasks of the Macedonian Red Cross and “Special Recognition” of Prilep Brewery AD Prilep as a sign of gratitude for the support in the realization of the humanitarian goals and tasks of the Macedonian Red Cross.
