29 anniversary of the recognition of the Red Cross of North Macedonia by the International Committee of the Red Cross
On November 1, 1995, the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia was recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross. In accordance with the provisions of the Geneva Conventions, it plays an important role in providing support and services to various target groups of the population in different areas of action.
For 29 years, the Red Cross of RNM has been active, encouraging and promoting humanitarian values for timely response to contemporary humanitarian challenges. Through the developmental framework of the national society, our role in the community is increasingly recognized within the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
