Participation in the Global Meeting on Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting

A representative from the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia participated in the Global Meeting on Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting organized by the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). The meeting was held in in Geneva, Switzerland in the period of June 3-7, 2024. This year’s Global PMER meeting was organized at the IFRC premises, and the purpose was to initiate collaboration, encourage exchange of innovative knowledge and promote sharing of best practices in project management in different contexts. The meeting offered a unique opportunity for PMER professionals to share experiences and collectively improve methodologies in planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, thereby advancing humanitarian efforts globally.

Examples were shared from the regions and national societies regarding new trends in the humanitarian sector, tools and methodologies for PMER, qualitative monitoring and evaluation and resources for unified planning, working in groups, sharing examples of the use of artificial intelligence in PMER, etc.
