Workshop for motivation and promotion of voluntary blood donation

Organized by the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, a workshop on motivation and promotion of voluntary blood donation was held in in Struga,  Republic of Macedonia in the period 13-15.09.2019. The workshop was attended by young motivators from the Albanian Red Cross and the Red Cross Novi Sad.

The main goal of the workshop was education, motivation and promotion of voluntary blood donation in the Republic of North Macedonia, recruitment of young and first time donors, and increasing the number of blood donors.

The contents of the program were presented based on the principles of adult learning through: presentations, experience sharing, role playing, exercises and the opportunity for active participation of participants.
