Assessment of the capacities of the Red Cross Branch Debar
In the period of April 19-20, a Branch Organizational Capacity Assessment (BOCA) was carried out in the Red Cross Branch Debar. Eleven members of the organization, staff, volunteers, representatives of the governing board through their experiences had the opportunity to contribute to the identification of important areas to make progress and development of the Red Cross branch in order to become a strong organization.
A development plan was prepared for a period of one to achieve improvement and greater involvement of the community in the creation of plans and activities according to their needs.

Otherwise, the Branch Organizational Capacity Assessment (BOCA) is an instrument developed by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, which aims, through a structured way, to enable self-assessment of the Red Cross Branch in 34 organizational areas in the operation, to recognize the development level in context of these areas, to determine priorities for development for the coming year and prepare a plan for the development of the branch organization.
