Humanitarian action to support a vulnerable population

The Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia is marking the traditional “Solidarity Week” from April 17 to 23, 2023, under the motto: “Your contribution – significant help”. During the week, an Action is organized to provide assistance in food, clothes, shoes, hygiene products, and these can be handed over to the Red Cross branches. The purpose of the action is to raise the awareness of the population about the necessary mutual support, as well as to provide adequate assistance to the most vulnerable categories of population.

During the action, citizens and legal entities can also donate money:

• By calling the phone number 143 400 from the mobile operators Makedonski Telekom and A1 Macedonia – a donation of 100 denars
• By payment of funds on the account of the Solidarity Fund of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia: 300000001327966 AD Komercijalna banka, DB 4030984271620

The funds will be earmarked for providing food aid and will be distributed to families at social risk.
