Meeting of the Secretary General of the Red Cross Saiti with the Minister Limani

The Secretary General of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, PhD Sait Saiti today met with the Minister for social politics, demography and youth Fatmir Limani.

On the meeting they discussed about the previous cooperation between the Ministry and the Red Cross and the developed social services such as: help and care in home, personal assistance, daily residence for old persons with active aging etc. Those are available for the citizens on locally level, at the beneficiary’s homes, and for the realization the ministry has concluded grant agreements.

The Secretary general, Saiti also informed about the rest of the projects of the Red Cross  like the service “Emergency button”, available for the older citizens, for the operations of the point for homeless people ” Momin potok “, as well as others types of support for the vulnerable categories of citizens .

Both have expressed readiness for deepening on established cooperation, through expansion on the volume on the joint projects, which will be in interest of the citizens and theirs welfare.
