Signed Memorandum of Understanding with the Red Cross of Serbia

On 10.07.2024, the Secretary General of the Red Cross of RNM, PhD. Sait Saiti, and the Desk Officer for International Cooperation, Vladimir Vukelic, visited the Red Cross of Serbia for purpose of enhancing the cooperation between the two national societies. During the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed by the Secretary General of the Red Cross of Serbia, Mr. Ljubomir Miladinović, and the Secretary General of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, PhD. Sait Saiti, which formally opened up space for the expressed interest of several local organizations from the two national societies for bilateral initiatives. During the visit, discussions were held with the Desk Officer for Organizational Development – Mr. Aleksandar Pantelić and the desk officer for International Cooperation – Mrs. Sasha Avram, during which activities were agreed upon for the exchange of good practices and support for the development of national societies. The delegation visited the national first aid training center, the operational center for coordination of activities in case of disasters and the memorial room of the Red Cross of Serbia.
