TWO-DAY BRANCH ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT IN THE RED CROSS BRANCH DELCHEVO

On November 13th and 14th, 2024, a team of trained facilitators visited the Red Cross Branch Delchevo, and conducted the Branch Organizational Capacity Assessment (BOCA).

The team from the Delchevo Red Cross consisted of 12 members, including staff, members of the governing structure, volunteers, and youth from the organization. Led by the facilitators, they successfully completed all tasks and tools from the BOCA methodology developed by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

The team from the Delchevo Red Cross assessed the current state of the organization, identified priorities for development, created an activity plan for the next 12 months, and received a certificate for successful completion of the Branch Organizational Capacity Assessment.
