ASSESSMENT OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITIES OF THE RED CROSS BRANCH KAVADARCI

In the period from March 20-21, 2024, a team of three trained facilitators visited the Red Cross Branch Kavadarci, and conducted a Branch Organizational Capacity Assessment (BOCA). The team from the Red Cross Branch Kavadarci was comprised of 12 staff, members of the governing structure, volunteers and young people from organizations. Guided by the facilitator, they successfully completed all tasks and tools from the BOCA methodology developed by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. The team the red Cross Branch OOCK Kavadarci talked about the current state of the organization, identified priorities for development, created a plan of activities for the period of the next 12 months and received a certificate for the successful assessment of their organizational capacities. This is the tenth conducted BOCA Assessment, and in the coming months, three teams of three facilitators will continue with assessments in other Red Cross branches.
