Continuous strengthening of the organization’s capacities – participation in international logistics training

Representatives of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, participated in a logistics training organized by the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent. The training  was held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period of 02-06.10.2023

The main objective of the logistics training program was to train the participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in various areas of logistics operations. The training was focused on improving the participants’ understanding of logistics principles, strategies and procedures to enable an effective and efficient response of humanitarian activities and operations. Also, the training enabled strengthening the logistics capabilities and capacities, aligning implementation plans with existing initiatives and needs, and improvement of the overall logistics procedures.
