Seminar on International Humanitarian Law and its application in defense and security

In accordance with the signed cooperation agreement between the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia, a representative of the Red Cross of RNM held a lecture on IHL and the humanitarian activities of the Red Cross at the Seminar on International humanitarian law and its application in defense and security, organized by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of North Macedonia. The seminar was held at the “Dr. Joseph Kruzel” Training Center, Goce Delchev Barracks in Skopje on December 14, 2023. The seminar was organized for employees of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia.

The support of the Red Cross for the organization of this training is within the regular activities of our organization to promote and disseminate international humanitarian law in order to enhance the capacities and knowledge of the members of the armed forces in terms of compliance and consistent respect of international humanitarian law in peacetime and during armed conflicts.
