Workshop with BOKA facilitators

In the period 22-23.01.2024 in Skopje, the team of BOKA facilitators of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia held a meeting for revision of the assessment tool of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and its adjustment in the context of the national society. During the meeting, the participants were informed about the process of conducting assessments in 15 RC Branches in the period until June 2024. In 2023, this methodology was implemented in 6 Red Cross Branches, which, after assessing their organizational capacities, continued to work on implementation of their local development plans.
