28 anniversary of the recognition of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia by the International Committee of the Red Cross

On November 1, 1995, the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia was recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross. In accordance with the provisions of the Geneva Conventions, it plays an important role in providing support and services for different target groups of the population in different spheres of activity.

For 28 years, the Red Cross of RNM has been operating, encouraging and promoting humane values for provision of a timely response to contemporary humanitarian challenges. Through the development framework of the national society, our role in society is becoming recognized by the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
