BOCA in Veles!

From April 20-21, Branch Organizational Capacity Assessment was carried out in Red Cross Branch Veles. 12 members of the organization, staff, volunteers, representatives of the governing board due to their experience had the opportunity to contribute to the identification of important areas for progress and development of the Red Cross Branch in order to become a strong organization. An action plan for the next period has also been developed.
