March 17th, the Foundation Day of the Red Cross of RNM and the Blood Donation Day in RNM

This year, the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia marks the significant 76 anniversary of the foundation and 26 years of full-fledged membership in the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

March 17 is an important day for the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, a date that marks the existence, action, and also the success of all volunteers, staff, supporters and countless activists who have enabled this organization to exist for so long over the years.

March 17 is also the Blood Donation Day in the Republic of North Macedonia when we express our gratitude to the army of humanitarian people who donate blood and save human lives with their humanity.

During the year, our organization will organize several online events at national and local level in order to remind ourselves of the challenges and successes of the Red Cross in recent years.
