Preparatory workshop for PHV instructors

On January 27, the Red Cross of Skopje organized a preparatory workshop for instructors within the framework of the RCA-PHV program. The aim of the workshop was the  harmonization of the training that should be unified in each RCB, which this year applied for the model,  and motivation of instructors for participation in the cycle as well as setting a time frame for conducting the training. The second training, which covers the part how to realize small projects, carried out by instructors, should be realized in the period from 1 to 15 February.

Instructors will be divided into small teams of two people. From this year will be implemented a mentoring system through which the disseminators will have direct support and supervision from the appointed instructor responsible for the Red Cross Branches. About 1,000 young people aged 13 to 17 will be trained this year.
