Regional meeting of the Secretaries General

The meeting of the Secretaries General of the Southeast Europe cluster of the International Federation of Red Cross and Black Crescent Societies was held in Sarajevo on July 02, 2024. At the meeting, the participants evaluated the activities of the National Societies in accordance with the commitments for regional cooperation within the cluster, and had the opportunity to follow the presentation of the study of the Solferino Academy “Leadership of the Future”. During the meeting, the participants also discussed different topics on improving efficiency in coordination, communication, planning and reporting.
