Joint achievements!

The PHV program has been implemented in the Red Cross Branches for 24 years. The program recruits young people at the age of 13 to 17. Through the program and the established system, they are motivated by their local RC branch, disseminators, mentors and PHV instructors. It results in young people making changes in their lives and becoming better, helping the community by helping people at social risk, arranging parks, afforestation, promoting cultures, customs and traditions of various ethnic communities… and many others things. Young people but doing such a great work!
