Training for PHV mentors

On January 26, an online meeting for PHV mentors was held for this year’s PHV cycle. A total of 10 mentors applied, being experienced volunteers and long-time instructors in the program. Each mentor will be mentoring an average of 4 disseminators, i.e. 4 RC branches. They will guide them through the process of training, motivation with young people, work with small groups, support in the preparation of reports, support in the process of preparation of small projects, documentation and preparation of videos for each project. Already next weekend, training will be conducted for 37 disseminators proposed by the Red Cross branches. The training will be organized in Skopje, which marks the start of the training period in the Red Cross branches and the period for development of small projects.
