Workshop on self-assessment of volunteering in the Red Cross of RNM

On May 9, 2024, a workshop on volunteering in the Red Cross of RNM was held in the premises of Nega Center of the City Red Cross of Skopje. During the workshop, a group of 15 persons comprised of members of the Governing Board of the Red Cross of RNM, secretaries and staff from the Red Cross Branches / City Red Cross of Skopje and RCRNM HQ implemented the tool for self-assessment of the national society in the area of ​​management of volunteers in the organization, developed by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. By analyzing 13 operational standards related to the work with volunteers, the participants identified challenges and development priorities, which will be consolidated in an action plan, in accordance with the Transformation-28 Development Plan.
