Workshop with youth coordinators of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia

In the period April 12-14, a workshop was held with youth coordinators from the Red Cross branches and the City Red Cross of Skopje, for purpose of enhancing the work of the Red Cross youth. The workshop was designed to unify and upgrade the existing youth capacities at local level within the implementation of the annual youth operational program of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia. During the workshop, the following topics were covered: the normative framework that covers youth work; approaches related to coordination of the youth work; the role of young people within the Red Cross of RNM; management of youth clubs; protection and safety of young people in the Red Cross and other issues related to youth work in our national society.
