Public call for support of the affected population in the floods – 26th of August

Macedonian Red Cross continues to support the affected population in the natural disasters. Until today there is distributed humanitarian relief consisted of 33.454 food parcels (1 parcel for a family 4 members), 31.004 daily and hot meals, 46.013 l milk products, 6.776 hygiene parcels, 2.519 baby food parcels, 315 tons of drinking water, 586 mattresses, 4.590 blankets, 600 kg of clothes, 764 pair of boots, 341 l disentail. Also to 185 persons there was administered first aid by the Red Cross teams.

The action will continue for additional 7 days and will conclude on 29.08.2016. After finishing the financial assets will be linearly transferred to the bank accounts of the affected citizens in the floods.
