Training for PHV mentors

On January 31, an online meeting was held for PHV mentors to ensure comprehensive and easy implementation of this year’s PHV cycle. A total of 10 mentors applied, who are experienced volunteers and long-time instructors within the program. Each mentor will mentor an average of 4 disseminators, i.e. 4 RCB’s. They will guide them through the process of training, motivation of young people, work with small groups, support in the preparation of reports, support in the process of development of small projects, and documentation and preparation of videos for each project.

This weekend, a training for 37 disseminators proposed by RCB’s will be conducted. The training will be conducted in Skopje, followed by a period of training in the RCB’s and a period for the development of small projects.
