Workshop on Theory of Change within the InCARE project
The first part of the two-day workshop on “Development of long-term care and care services by applying the Theory of change and piloting innovative social services of long-term care and care” was held in the premises of the Center for Social Enterprises On 14.12.2021.
The workshop was conducted within the project “Supporting INclusive development of community-based long-term CARE services through multi-stakeholder participatory approaches (InCARE)”, supported by the European Union through the program “Employment and Social Innovation – EaSI” together with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia as project partners and the Ministry of Health as project associate in RNM.
The main goals of the workshop were:
- Presentation of the project “Supporting INclusive development of community-based long-term CARE services through multi-stakeholder participatory approaches (InCARE)”;
- Identifying common goals / vision for long-term care in the country;
- Discussion and elaboration of the goals and characteristics of the pilot component (innovative service “Emergency Button”);
- Involvement of stakeholders in the design and implementation of the pilot component from the perspective of its sustainability and growth into a regular service in the social protection system.
The workshop was attended by participants from the public and private sector, as well as beneficiaries and providers of care services in our country. The second part of the workshop will be held on 24.12.2021.
