Workshop for sharing experiences on health and care in migrant activities

In the period 03-05 / 12/2017, in Zagreb, Croatia, a meeting of the national societies, organized by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies was held on the theme “Health & Skill Share Workshop – Migration Response”, where the Macedonian Red Cross took part together with 11 other national societies from Europe, with a team of 3 people, Aneta Trgacevska – coordinator for health preventive activities, Slobodan Mitrovic – Field Coordinator in a program for assistance and support of migrants, Tanja Antic – paramedic and member of mobile migrant teams.

At the meeting, each national society has the opportunity to present their activities and innovations in terms of health care, first aid and psycho-social assistance with an emphasis on the migrant crisis, as well as to strengthen the cooperation in these fields.
