VISIT OF A IFRC REPRESENTATIVE TO THE MACEDONIAN RED CROSS
On 22nd September 2015 Macedonian Red Cross was visited by Ms. Mette Petersen responsible person for Macedonia from the IFRC Europe Zone Office.
The three day visit is in order to oversee the current situation with the migrants transiting through our country.
Ms. Petersen had a meeting with the Secretary General of Macedonian Red Cross Mr. Sait Saiti and was introduced with the key activities of the Macedonian Red Cross on support and assistance to migrants.
During the day there will be a visit to the migrants point at the border crossing in Gevgelija.
