Macedonian Red Cross organized a press conference on 10th of October at 11:00, at Macedonian Red Cross HQ regarding the donated humanitarian aid by Austrian Red Cross, City Red Cross of Stayer.
The press conference was held by the Secretary General of Macedonian Red Cross Mr. Saiti Saiti, Deputy Minister of Health Mr. Jovica Andovski and representative from Red Cross of City Stayer Mr. Wolfgang Stoeckl.
The Deputy Minister of Health Mr. Jovica Andovski expressed the gratitude to the Austrian and Macedonian Red Cross for the long-lasting cooperation, and expressed hope that it will continue in future. “I want to point out the fact that the Ministry of Health will always support these activities because one of the main goals of the Ministry is on one hand to improve the conditions of the patients for treatment, and on the other hand to improve the work conditions of the health workers”, added Andovski and also noted that the donation is comprised of 75 hospital beds.
The Secretary General of the Macedonian Red Cross stated that we are here to hand over the equipment hopefully that it will be used in terms of what the Ministry of Health is doing about additional equipping and modernizing the public health system, improving the quality of services and contribute in the joint efforts to create better work conditions for our public health system.
“The cooperation with them (Austrian Red Cross) is fruitful not only on this field but also in support of projects which are connected with improving the life of older people, education and training for water and sanitation and additional equipment which for us in the Red Cross is very useful for conducting our everyday activities”, added Saiti.
The representative from the Red Cross of City Stayer Mr. Wolfgang Stoeckl also addressed on the press conference, and expressed the satisfaction that the aid is donated on the right place and that the support will continue in future.
Me rastin e ndihmës humanitare të siguruar – donacion i Kryqit të Kuq të Austrisë, Kryqi i Kuq i qytetit Shtaern Kryqi i Kuq i RM-së në zyrtar e veta më 10.10.2013 në ora 11:00 organizoi konferencë për shtyp.
Në këtë ngjarje morën pjesë Sekretari gjeneral i Kryqit të Kuq të Republikës së Maqedonisë z. Sait Saiti dhe zv. Ministri i shëndetësisë z. Jovica Andovski dhe Volvhan Shtokëll nga Kryqi i Kuq i Austrisë.
Në promovimin e këtij aktiviteti të Kryqit të Kuq zv. Ministri i shëndetësisë Jovica Andovski iu falënderua Kryqit të Kuq të Austrisë dhe Kryqit të Kuq të Republikës së Maqedonisë për bashkëpunimin shumëvjeçar, duke shprehur shpresë se ai bashkëpunim do të vazhdojë edhe në të ardhmen. “Dua të theksoj faktin se Ministria e shëndetësisë gjithmonë do t’i përkrahë këto aksione për shkak se një ndër qëllimet themelore të Ministrisë është që të përmirësohen kushtet për pacientët për shërim më të mirë nga njëra anë, ndërsa nga ana tjetër të përmirësohen kushtet për punë të punëtorëve shëndetësor”, shtoi Andovski dhe njëkohësisht theksoi se donacioni përbëhet prej 75 krevateve për spitale.
Sekretari gjeneral i Kryqit të Kuq të Republikës së Maqedonisë, Sait Saiti tha se jemi këtu t’i dorëzojmë pajisjet dhe shpresoj se të gjitha këto do të jenë të dobishme dhe se do të jenë në atë drejtim që Ministria e shëndetësisë e punon në kuptimin e rritjes së pajisjeve dhe modernizimin e sistemit publik shëndetësor, të ngritet kualiteti i shërbimeve dhe të kontribuojmë në orvatjet e përbashkëta që të krijojmë kushte më të mira për punë në sistemin tonë publik shëndetësor.
“Bashkëpunimi me ata është i frytshëm jo vetëm në këtë lëmi, por edhe në atë që do të thotë përkrahje në projektet lidhur me përmirësimin e jetës së personave të moshuar, me edukim dhe trajnim në pjesën e ujit dhe sanimit dhe pajisje plotësuese e cila neve në Kryqin e Kuq na nevojitet në zbatimin e aktiviteteve tona të përditshme” shtoi Saiti.
Në konferencën për shtyp mbajti fjalim edhe përfaqësuesi i Kryqit të Kuq të qytetit Shtaern, Vollvhan Shtokëll i cili e shprehi kënaqësinë që ndihma humanitare është drejtuar në vendin e vërtetë dhe se në të ardhmen do ta vazhdojmë përkrahjen.
